March 26, 2024 — Beating Big Pharma Again
Last Wednesday, Tammy was proud to announce that three of the largest inhaler manufacturers will cap their prices at $35 a month. These price caps follow Tammy’s recent work to hold the four largest manufacturers of inhalers accountable and investigate why they’re selling inhalers in the U.S. for hundreds of dollars more than in other countries. Since Tammy’s investigation, three of these four major manufacturers of inhalers have agreed to cap their prices at $35 a month. These price caps are a big step in the right direction, and Tammy is going to keep pressuring big pharmaceutical companies and their CEOs until they bring down their outrageously high prices for life-saving medications.
